SolarTech are able to offer our Clients a range of finance solutions tailored to meet the needs of individual Clients and projects. With the introduction of the Governments Feed-in Tariff and Renewable Heat Incentive schemes we are able to offer innovative funding solutions enabling our Clients to fund their renewable energy installations.

• Fully Funded - This option is available to some Photovoltaic (P.V.) installations and is open to Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Commercial organisations. Each project / organisation will be reviewed on its merits and suitable projects will be fully funded at no cost to the end user. This solution will deliver the end client a free PV system and reduced energy bills. The income from the feed-in tariff is used to fund the initial installation and 25 year maintenance costs. At the end of the 25 year period ownership of the system will transfer to the end client.
• Partially Funded - This solution is similar to the fully funded contract however the end client will make an equity investment into the funding organisation (S.P.V.) this will enable the client to enjoy a financial return on their investment whilst also enjoying a stake in the Feed-in tariff income. Typically the end client may invest 20-30% of the project value and can use this solution to gear up their investment enabling much larger contracts to be carried out
• Lease Funding - SolarTech have negotiated terms for the leasing of a range of renewable energy solutions including P.V., Heat Pump, Solar Hot Water, Bio Mass and Wind. The lease will typically be over a five to ten year period at the end of the lease ownership of the system can transfer to the end client (after a small final payment). This solution will enable the capital cost of installation to be spread over a number of years. The benefit of this solution is that any income from the Feed-in tariff or Renewable Heat Incentive goes to the end client not the finance provider. This also will enable clients to install a range of renewable energy solution, reduce their energy bills and Co2 emissions with no initial capital outlay.
